Al-Razi (Vol. 31 – Pg. 210) 93:6
Shall I not tell you about Muhammad and what I saw from him?
He said: Yes.
He said: I took him close to me and I would not leave him for an hour of the night or day and I would not trust anyone with him until I would put him to sleep in my bed.
One night I ordered him to take off his clothes and sleep with me, and I saw the dislike on his face, but he hated to disobey me, and he said: O my uncle, turn your face away from me until I take off my clothes, as it is not appropriate for anyone to look at my body.
I was amazed by what he said and turned my gaze until he entered the bed. When I entered the bed with him, there was a garment between me and him. By God, I did not put him in my bed, and he was extremely soft and had a pleasant smell, as if he had been dipped in musk. I struggled to look at his body, but I did not see anything. I often missed him from my bed, and when I got up to look for him,
he would call me: Here I am, O uncle, so go back.

Ibn Ishaq said : Abu Sufyan bin Al-Harith bin Abdul Muttalib and Abdullah bin Abi Umayya bin Al-Mughira had also met the Messenger of God , may God bless him and grant him peace, at Naiq Al-Uqab, between Mecca and Medina, and they sought to enter upon him, so Umm Salamah spoke to him about them, and she said: O Messenger of God, they are your cousin, your paternal aunt’s son, and your son-in-law.
He said: I have no need of them. As for my cousin, he violated my honor, and as for my paternal aunt’s son and my son-in-law, he is the one who said what he said about me in Mecca.
He said: When the news of that reached them, and with Abu Sufyan, a house was built for him.
He said: By God, he will either give me permission or I will take my son by the hand, and then we will go through the land until we die of thirst and hunger.
When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, heard of this, he felt sorry for them, then he gave them permission, so they entered upon him and became Muslims

وَحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّاءُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَنْقُلُ مَعَهُمُ الْحِجَارَةَ لِلْكَعْبَةِ وَعَلَيْهِ إِزَارُهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ الْعَبَّاسُ عَمُّهُ يَا ابْنَ أَخِي لَوْ حَلَلْتَ إِزَارَكَ فَجَعَلْتَهُ عَلَى مَنْكِبِكَ دُونَ الْحِجَارَةِ – قَالَ – فَحَلَّهُ فَجَعَلَهُ عَلَى مَنْكِبِهِ فَسَقَطَ مَغْشِيًّا عَلَيْهِ – قَالَ – فَمَا رُؤِيَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ عُرْيَانًا .
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was carrying along with them (his people) stones for the Ka’ba and there was a waist wrapper around him. His uncle,” Abbas, said to him: 0 son of my brother! if you take off the lower garment and place it on the shoulders underneath the stones, it would be better. He (the Holy Prophet) took it off and placed it on his shoulder and fell down unconscious. He (the narrator) said: Never was he seen naked after that day.
